| Pacific Wave -- Will remain in the Caribbean this 2009 summer season |

PACIFIC WAVE has now established herself with a number of successful
charters, references for which can be reviewed on either Nicholson’s
website or our own Broker friendly website: www.sy-pacificwave.com Our plans for the remainder of this year are to remain in the Caribbean during Summer 2009, basing Pacific Wave down island in Grenada from July until the end of October. We will be in Port Louis Marina, which has good air links, and we will be available for charter. We will sail to the BVI during early November for a confirmed Thanksgiving charter, and then return back to Antigua for the Yacht Charter Show. We look forward to welcoming you back onboard Pacific Wave. After this time we will be available for charter anywhere in the Caribbean. We are still available for the forthcoming Easter Holidays, and it’s probably not too early to start thinking about Christmas and New Year. I look forward to hearing from you.
